It is provided with washing machine, satellite TV, safe, telephone, wi-fi, air conditioning, heating, ironing equipment, hairdryer, and coffee maker.

Apartment “The Penthouse”

This apartment for 4 persons has an internal surface of 96 sq.mt. (1.033 sq. ft.) and a terrace of 36 sq.mt. (388 sq. ft.). It consists of: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a terrace over viewing the sea and Mt. Etna. This apartment has been totally renovated in 2016 and it is the best of all apartments of the Residence. From the living room and the terrace the view is open to the sea and Mount Etna, one bedroom has view to the sea and the other to Mount Etna.
